S&D have saved my digital backside on more occasions than I can remember. I discovered them initially by chance when I was shopping at Royal Quays and just wandered in with a mobile phone that two other ‘specialist’ dealers had written off as a motherboard problem that couldn’t be fixed - but they’d happily sell me a new phone… Sam looked at it: faulty battery connection – bit of solder, ten minutes, £10. I’ve returned several times, the last with a water-damaged much-loved tablet that contained my whole life – and no backup! Again, rescued from the dead. Can’t speak highly enough of them: great service, fair prices, it simply doesn’t get any better.

I just want to say a massive thank you to Sam, he fixed my son's smashed iPhone 11 screen, and he even gave us a free screen protector. All work was carried out within 8 mins, phenomenal service, thank you, Sam. 100% recommend his service, friendly and understanding.

Return policy 

We do not offer refund coustumer if :

  • knew an item was faulty when they bought it.
  • damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it.
  • no longer want an item (for example because it’s the wrong size or colour) unless they bought it without seeing it.  
  •  the package are opened and the parts are been used .
  • No fault or  No any other issue with item.
